1. Service
Celebra lets you create event websites, send invitations and collect RSVPs. The service is provided by [Razón social] ([NIF/CIF]), [Dirección fiscal].
2. Account
You log in with your email through a one-time link. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having permission to share your guests' details.
3. Prices and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are a one-time payment per event processed by Stripe. Prices include applicable taxes. You'll receive the invoice by email.
4. Withdrawal and refunds
As this is a digital service activated immediately at your request, you agree to it being performed before the withdrawal period ends. Even so, if the service doesn't work as described, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
5. Duration
Your website stays online until the date shown for your plan. After that it's archived and no longer visible. You can download your data beforehand.
6. Acceptable use
Publishing illegal or offensive content, content that infringes third-party rights, or using the service to send unsolicited messages is not allowed. We may suspend websites that breach these terms.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected event.
